Payment Policy

Dr. Connor Ziegler’s practice, Vitality Orthopedics and Biologics PLLC, is a cash-based, out-of-network medical practice. All visits, memberships, surgery bundles, in-office therapies, and biologics treatments require payment in full prior to being performed. Patients may pay using credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA card, or approved financing partners. Keeping electronic payment information on file or using healthcare financing is completely voluntary; however, payment in full is required prior to receiving services in this practice. Our complete Financial & Cancellation Policy is provided to all patients during the scheduling and intake process and must be acknowledged electronically before receiving care.
