- Expert MRI review with full explanation so you understand your condition/injury
- No rushed patient visits. No crowded waiting rooms.
- Included on-site digital X-ray
- Advanced diagnostic ultrasound evaluation ($200 value).
- If a cortisone injection is indicated and desired, this is included at no extra fee ($200 value)
- Orthopedic laser treatment included ($200 value)
- Health and wellness recommendations including customized supplement plans
- Wellness consultation with sister company, Vitality Health (yourvitalityhealth.com), to discuss hormone optimization and peptide therapies ($100 consultation discount)

Dr. Ziegler does participate with certain commercial insurances for direct surgical consultations and surgery. Appointments booked through insurance offer up to 30 minutes of expert access and are limited to one body part/joint. This amount of time and level of focused care still far exceeds the standard orthopedic office visit found elsewhere. Diagnostic ultrasound, orthopedic laser and wellness discounts are not included in insurance-based appointments.

For surgical patients with out-of-network plans, those without insurance, those with high-deductible plans or those with health savings accounts (HSAs), Dr. Ziegler also offers transparent direct-pay and health financing options where a flat rate covers the surgeon fee, anesthesia, and surgical center fee all in one. - Liability insurance
- Auto-related injury plans
- Narrow-network products
- Any government-funded programs
Payment Policy
Vitality Orthopedics and Biologics PLLC, is a self-pay, out-of-network medical practice. Concierge-level consultations, memberships, surgery bundles, in-office therapies, and biologics treatments require payment in full prior to being performed. Patients may pay using credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA card, or approved financing partners. Keeping electronic payment information on file or using healthcare financing is completely voluntary; however, payment in full is required prior to receiving services in this practice. For more traditional orthopedic appointments as well as surgical care, we do accept certain commercial insurances. Our complete Financial & Cancellation Policy is provided to all patients during the scheduling and intake process and must be acknowledged electronically before receiving care.
